Developer of a mobile action game

REVERA lawyers advised the client on IP asset management and supervised the cross-border investment deal

The client, a company engaged in creation and development of a massively multiplayer online mobile game, approached REVERA with a request for advice on formalizing contractual relations with specialists involved in developing the game product.

REVERA lawyers conducted a comprehensive expertise of transferring IP rights to the company from its team members as well as assisted in a number of banking issues.

The advice provided required a deep dive into the technical aspects of game development in order to formalize the IP more correctly (in terms of ongoing support of the client's activities).

Subsequently, the REVERA team supervised the client's participation in a cross-border investment project. This included advisory support, structuring of the deal and preparation of a set of necessary documents.
