Independent game development studio

We successfully provided comprehensive legal support to a mobile game developer in restructuring its business.

The REVERA team assisted the client in obtaining the status of a foreign company in Cyprus and Georgia, in relocation and employment of the staff.

We managed the collection of necessary documents, communication with the state authorities and advice on relevant issues, as well as the collection of necessary personal documents from employees, communication with migration authorities, and advice to employees on issues related to their relocation and taxation.

Furthermore, in the course of the restructuring, the REVERA team provided the client with consultancy on contract structuring: choosing options for structuring contractual relations between the group of companies taking into account tax planning and drafting necessary documents, such as intragroup license agreement, intragroup development agreements, standard cooperation agreements with individual entrepreneurs/individuals.

While working on this large-scale project, the REVERA team dealt with structuring the client's business in several jurisdictions and solved a wide range of issues: in the field of intellectual property, corporate, financial and tax management.
